Flying on the Moon

The Ludmila Story

The 90-minute Dreamsmith Entertainmentdocumentary, “Flying on the Moon – TheLudmila Story”, made its prime-time television debut nationwide on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation’s popular “Opening Night” series. Its state-of-the-art presentation of Ludmila’s wide-ranged capacities as a major composer, concert-pianist, teacher and impresario were received with great enthusiasm and it went on to win the prestigious American “Chris Award”, the top prize in the category of “Performing Arts” at the 52nd Columbus International Film and Video Festival. Produced in collaboration and distribution with the CBC, the acclaimed reception of this sensitive portrait of Ludmila’s artistic life warranted numerous rebroadcasts on Bravo, ARTV, Radio Canada and the CBC networks. It was also aired in Europe.
